What are your business hours?
Our opening hours are 9-5 but we can be contacted outside these times via email, message or text.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Our guests make the payment through our website or booking channels unless it is a private booking where payment details will be sent to the guest and a receipt will be emailed upon request.
Can I get a full refund?
Unfortunately this website does not allow guests to cancel the reservation themselves, so if a guest wishes to cancel their reservation for whatever reason, please contact us directly and we will cancel it for you as soon as possible. Also please see our policies on our website for refundable conditions and timescales.
Will we receive booking confirmation, check-in and check-out details
Guests will receive an automated message on reservation. The check-in details will be sent out the day before arrival (although guests can message beforehand to request them), and check-out details will be sent out the day before the guests leave the property.
